Not directly, no. The credits are awarded in addition to the credit requirements for successful completion of your studies. However, they will be an impressive addition to your CV and employers rate such activities very highly, particularly if you articulate the challenges and benefits of such a role.
Yes, we will issue certificates to all students who complete the assessment to a pass standard.
Unfortunately not, the experience you have needs to be current and we can't assess retrospective participation. You might want to think about taking on the role again now you can gain credit.
All students currently fulfilling the role of Course Rep on a course at the University can take the module, whatever year of study or stage they are at. However, the module is only accredited at level one, so you will receive 4 credits at level one, not 4 credits at your current level of study.
